4. Account Responsibilities

• Keep your contact and billing information current
• Not share your account with unauthorized persons

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Fees and Billing

All fees are due at the time of service purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our website. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6.2 Auto-Renewal

Services are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal. You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal fees.

6.3 Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice as required by law.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Generally, services are refundable within 30 days of purchase, subject to specific terms for each service type.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, text, graphics, and other materials provided by us remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without permission.

9. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For hosting services, we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. SLA credits may be provided for qualifying downtime as specified in service-specific agreements.

10. Data Backup

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. We are not liable for data loss.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel services at any time through your account dashboard. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services rendered.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
