How we work
We would rather put you on VartaDesk, UdyogDesk, or StoreWatcher than invent a project. When the process is yours, we write the software. Either way, you get a date.
The sequence
01
A short call. We want the process, the constraint, and whether a product already covers it. No 40-slide discovery theatre.

If VartaDesk, UdyogDesk, or StoreWatcher fits, we say so. If Odoo is the right ERP, that is a service — not a rebrand of UdyogDesk. If it is custom, we say that too.

Configure the product, or write the brief for a build. Integrations, roles, and what “done” looks like are written down before anyone opens an IDE.

Go-live is a date, not a vibe. Training for the people who will click it on Monday. Rollback if we have to.

Support that answers. Product updates when the market moves. Custom retainers only when there is still work to do.
Product or custom
If an off-the-shelf product we already ship covers 80% of the job, we will not quote you a greenfield CRM. If you need Odoo, we implement Odoo — we do not pretend UdyogDesk is Odoo. That honesty is the engagement.
A briefing is enough to tell you whether this is a product login or a project. We reply within a working day.
