1. Standard Refund Terms

At SevenD Mobility Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our services. Most services purchased from us may be refunded if canceled within 30 days of the date of transaction, subject to specific conditions outlined below.

Important: Products purchased using cryptocurrencies or digital assets cannot be refunded due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.

2. Services Eligible for Standard Refund

✓ Refundable Services (30-Day Policy)

  • Hosting Services: Web hosting, VPS hosting (first payment only)
  • Software Solutions: LMS, VMS, Attendance Management, CRM, ERP (initial setup fees)
  • SSL Certificates: Within 30 days if not yet activated
  • Email Hosting: Business email packages
  • Backup Services: Daily backup subscriptions
  • Priority Support: Enhanced support packages

3. Services NOT Eligible for Refund

✗ Non-Refundable Services

  • Domain Name Renewals: Once renewed, domain fees are non-refundable
  • Domain Name Transfers: If transfer is successful
  • Custom Development: After project initiation and milestone delivery
  • AI Consulting: After consultation sessions have been conducted
  • VPS Upgrades: Resource upgrades to existing servers
  • Professional Services: Completed consulting, training, or implementation work
  • Third-Party Services: Google Workspace, external software licenses
  • Setup Fees: One-time setup or migration fees after work is completed

4. Special Refund Terms

4.1 Domain Name Registration

New domain registrations are refundable only if BOTH conditions are met:

  • Refund is initiated within 96 hours (4 days) of registration
  • More than 24 hours have passed since the last domain refund from your account

Non-Refundable Domain Extensions: The following domain extensions cannot be refunded:

.in.co.in.uk.co.uk.ae.sa.qa.asia

4.2 VPS Hosting

VPS hosting is refundable only if BOTH conditions are met:

  • Refund is initiated within 30 days of purchase
  • More than 180 days have passed since the last VPS refund (if any)

4.3 Custom Software Development

Custom development projects may be partially refundable based on:

  • Project stage and milestones completed
  • Resources invested (development hours, third-party costs)
  • Deliverables provided

Refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis, minus any non-recoverable costs.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log into your account at www.sevendmobility.com
  2. Navigate to "Billing" or "Services" section
  3. Select the service you wish to refund
  4. Click "Request Refund" and provide the reason
  5. Alternatively, email billing@sevendmobility.com with your invoice number

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

6. Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Options include:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the card used (5-10 business days)
  • Bank Transfer: Refunded to the bank account (7-14 business days)
  • Account Credit: Instant credit to your SevenD Mobility account balance

Note: If your original payment method is no longer valid, we may issue account credit instead.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Important: Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of all services
  • Account termination
  • Additional fees for chargeback processing ($25-50)
  • Inability to use our services in the future

Please contact our billing department before initiating any payment dispute. We're committed to resolving all payment issues fairly and promptly.

8. Promotional Offers and Free Services

Free services or promotional items (e.g., free domain with hosting purchase) are non-refundable and have no cash value. If you receive a refund for a paid service that included a free promotional item, we may:

  • Deduct the retail value of the promotional item from your refund
  • Allow you to keep the promotional item for the remaining term
  • Cancel the promotional item

9. Service Termination and Refunds

No refunds will be issued for services that are:

  • Suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Suspended for non-payment
  • Used for illegal or abusive activities
  • Canceled after the 30-day refund period

10. Money-Back Guarantee

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most hosting and software services. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, request a refund within 30 days for a full refund—no questions asked.

This guarantee does not apply to domain registrations, custom development work, or services where work has been completed.
